Starting a business venture in a sector that fits your skills is great, until you come across admin jobs and tasks that aren't. You could be a master craftsperson in your industry, but still lack some basic skills in office software packages. At The Magic Fairy we don't see that as a hindrance, we see it as an opportunity to grow and add to your skillset.

We understand that learning is hard when it doesn't suit the learner's needs, and that's where we'd like to think we differ. We don't think a video or PowerPoint presentation, followed by multiple choice tests really do much. So we don't do that. You will get an actual human being that will work with you, find where there are gaps and help fill them, without teaching grandma how to suck eggs. If you want testing at the end, we can do that, but often the proof is in how you handle your learning, and that's our focus.

We teach basic office software usage, explain how to make the most of it, how to find help yourself, basic bookkeeping so you can understand what your accountants are talking about, and understand your own records. We can even manage your new employee onboarding training for you, or retraining/refresher courses for current staff. We're not offering admin degrees, but skills and experience. Which we think is worth more.
Onsite Assistance
We can come to your place of work and handle many basic training exercises. We can even build standards for your onboarding process to free up key staff members from the training processes.
Remote Learning
We offer fully remote training packages so you, or your staff, can learn from the office, or surrounded by home comforts. Fitted completely around your own schedule.
