We have several standard services listed, however, just because you don't see what you're after, doesn't mean we don't provide the option. So, please do get in touch. And, if there's anything The Magic Fairy can't do, we usually know & can recommend someone who can.

Onsite Temporary Administrator

Need an administrator to come in to your location for a few hours, or days, or not quite sure, but resent the extortionate price some recruiters charge? We've got you covered, give us the when, where, and what job, and we'll match you with one of our fairies at a reasonable hourly rate.

Outsourced Administration

For those of you without an office location, or just without the space for extra staff on-site, our primary service is offering an affordable option to outsource your workload directly to us. How we handle and process your workload is entirely up to you, but we can happily make recommendations or work under our own initiative.

One of the most important admin tasks is sales invoicing, and having someone else to handle this for you can ensure your bills are always paid. We even offer credit control to chase payments for you.

Paperwork Collection/Delivery

When we say we cover almost everything, we mean it. Even down to coming to you and collecting your paperwork and returning it. Depending on your location & service package, this can be included at no extra charge. We can even chase people for you - signature you're desperately waiting on before you can start working? No problem, we'll send a fairy to get it signed in person.

Training

Some times, you know you're more than capable of doing things yourself, if you just knew how/where to start. We know that some people just need the right information to be able to do these things by themselves, so we offer simple, friendly, bespoke, one-to-one training sessions to help you learn what you need, and nothing that you don't. We're not going to teach you how to be a chartered accountant, but we can help you understand what they're talking about.

Basic Tech Support & Network Adminstration

At present, we offer basic tech support and basic network setups, we're not going to be able to build you a server farm, but we can install mini NAS drives, link your small computer network up, sync your tech, set up mobile devices, and offer over the phone/remote support.

We even offer support & assistance for pensioners, technophobes, and luddites!

Template Documents & Contracts

Whatever template you need, contracts, service agreements, policies & procedures, bookkeeping spreadsheets, etc. We've got you covered. You can choose a basic blank option, or you can have one with your logos, fonts, colours, themes, layouts, included.
