Starting a business, or ramping it up a gear, can come with a lot of technological requirements, including their setup, interfacing, building, syncing, linking, and other words ending in "-ing". If you're not the most tech savvy, or a complete technophobe, this can be the most daunting part of moving forward with your business. Where do you start? What do you need? Most importantly, how much is it all going to cost?

We offer basic computer setup, setup users and admin accesses, network your computers together. Explain how you can manage these things yourself going forward, or set up a support package to do these basic maintenance jobs for you. We will complete setups onsite, but can offer our support and maintenance remotely. We can even recommend the best office software packages (including a couple of free ones).

 

We can link up and set up your devices so you can switch seamlessly between them. Set up and link your social media accounts, even help with your social media presence. Offer recommendations and setup for storage options, including, NAS systems, hard drive storage, and computer networking. We can even network a PC for software (such as Sage desktop applications) to be accessed by more than one device, without having to resort to constant backing up & restoring.

*At the moment, The Magic Fairy can only offer basic tech solutions for small-medium sized businesses. As much as we'd like to be running ahead with full sized servers, it's not yet in our wheelhouse.
